Separating cocoa seeds

The seeds go into the bucket, are washed, fermented, dried in the sun, roasted in my tiny oven, winnowed to separate the husk from the cocoa nibs, and then milled to make powder, further milled to make a paste or liquid, conched, rendered, and you have chocolate.
